About Me

My family and I came to the US in 1982. I am fluent in three languages: English, Russian, and Bulgarian. As a PhD in biology, I was successful research scientist in NIH, John Hopkins University, and the University of Maryland. I attended and graduated the Carnegie Course for public relations. I have a lot of experience and I am regularly attending classes to receive up-to-date knowledge of the constantly changing mortgage market  This enables me to direct my clients and assure that they have the best products satisfying their needs. I am also a certified staging specialist and help my clients to prepare their properties with minimum expenses for sale to get the highest possible price and I am providing valuable remodeling tips to buyers.

I am currently licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia. I am a member of National, Maryland, Montgomery County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Prince George County, Frederick, Virginia, and Washington DC Associations of Realtors.

As you see, I do not limit myself to servicing one area or community. I am very mobile and cover all cities and counties in Greater Washington area and my expertise includes selling and buying residential and commercial properties. I am always in personal touch with my clients and work with them face to face all the time during different steps of the transactions.

From the first meeting to the settlement I dedicate 100% of my time to my clients, I am available to them all the time during, and after the transactions for help with any questions they might have. The major component of my business is referrals from past clients satisfied of my service. That is why it is critical for me to provide them with the best services in the long term so they will feel happy to refer friends and families to me because they strongly believe it will be beneficial for them to work with me.
